    一般事項
    1.    本聲明提供 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 根據香港個人資料(私隱)條例(第486章)(「條例」)下制定政策的資料。
    2.    除另有指明，本聲明使用的詞匯按照條例詮釋。


    收集個人資料的目的
    1.    閣下或代表閣下向 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 提供的任何個人資料均為自願提供，並被視為授權本會收集、保存、更新及按下述第2.2條的目的使用閣下的個人資料。
    2.    閣下或代表閣下不時向下列 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 提供的個人資料，將用於下列目的︰

    • 處理和管理閣下加入 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 的申請；

    • 進行日常運作如向閣下提供産品、設施及服務；

    • 因應不時增加的產品、設施及服務，向閣下提供該等附加產品、設施及服務；

    • 執行由閣下提交(透過網上、電話、流動服務或其他方式)的請求，例如：禮品兌換；

    • 為向閣下提供產品或服務而進行的統計及市場調研；

    • 營銷、推廣及客戶關係管理、例如：向閣下發出有關 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 、其聯合品牌和/或合作夥伴的任何產品及服務之最新優惠和推廣活動、核實參與任何 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 、其聯合品牌和/或合作夥伴的營銷和/或推廣活動和/或優惠的資格(詳情請參閱第8部分 —「在直接促銷中使用個人資料」)；

    • 回應、處理和執行由閣下提交任何查詢；

    • 管理由本會或代表本會舉辦的比賽和抽獎活動，包括公佈任何該等比賽的勝出者；

    • 按相關法律更新及核實閣下身份及其他資料；

    • j改善交易保安，包括為了防範信用卡詐騙的風險而使用閣下提供的個人資料與本會或第三方機構的欺詐交易資料庫進行核對；

    • 為核實資料，將閣下提供的個人資料與任何大昌行集團其他成員保存閣下的其他資料進行核對；

    • 根據任何上述目的或法律要求作出任何披露；

    • 完成任何與上述任何目的有關的其他合法目的；

    • 向閣下執行 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 的任何法律或其他權利；及

    • 爲實現上述目的，我們可能透過電郵、直郵、電話營銷、短訊或本地監管機構准許的其他方式聯絡閣下。

    3.    若閣下向其提供資料的 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 認為閣下所提供的個人資料不足，或 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 並未能就閣下提供的個人資料的真實性及準確性感到滿意，本會保留權利拒絕或暫停處理閣下的申請或向閣下提供任何服務，直至本會收到其所需的個人資料為止。
    4.    就第2.2條而言， MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 的僱員或 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 聘用的人員均有權審視閣下提供的個人資料。


    個人資料的使用
    MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 對閣下的個人資料保密，但可能會就實施上述「收集個人資料的目的」的用途而把有關資料提供予下列各方(包括於香港特別行政區(「香港」)內及香港以外的各方)︰

    • 任何向 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 及其顧客提供行政、電訊、電腦或其他服務的代理人、承判商或第三方服務提供者；

    • 任何不時獲 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 授權去處理 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 顧客個人資料的代理人；

    • 任何於香港境內或境外的其他 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 成員；

    • MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 的核數師、顧問或法律顧問，不論是於香港境內或境外；

    • 任何對 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 有保密責任的其他人士；及

    • 任何 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 的實質或擬定受讓方或承讓方。

    保密責任

    • MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 須合理盡力確保閣下提供的個人資料保密並將該等個人資料於安全地點保存。 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 亦須合理盡力確保可接觸該等資料的人士為誠實正直、小心謹慎及具有能力的人士。

    • 為遵守任何香港法律， MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 可能向政府部門或其他監管機構披露閣下提供的個人資料。

    MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 於互聯網持有個人資料的特別條文
    1.    經由 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 網站(「網站」)進入 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 時，閣下將被視為同意本聲明內所載的條款及條件。
    2.    MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 須合理盡力確保任何不時經由網站持有的個人資料均已安全及妥善貯存。
    3.    MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 可能於網站使用「小型文字檔案」藉以︰

    • a.    實施更牢固的保安；

    • b.    確保閣下完成申請程序；

    • c.    為閣下提供個人化的網站；及

    • d.    為閣下建立網站之個人資料檔概況。

    • 4.    閣下可隨時於閣下的互聯網瀏覽器不允許「小型文字檔案」。

    閣下的權利
    1.    若閣下反對任何按第2條對閣下個人資料的使用，或任何按第3條對該等資料的提供或披露，請書面通知閣下所提供個人資料的 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 。有關地址已列於閣下與本會簽訂的相關表格/合同上。 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 將於確認閣下的要求後停止使用及/或提供或披露該等資料。
    2.    除非閣下要求 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 將閣下提供的所有個人資料删除，否則即代表閣下確認 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 有權保存所有該等個人資料，其亦可繼續向閣下提供市場推廣信息，即使在閣下申請 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 會籍被取消或撤回、任何 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 提供的產品或服務保證期限已屆滿、或於 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 出售產品或提供服務已完成(視乎情況而定)。


    查詢及修正要求
    1.    閣下有權按條例要求查詢及修正閣下的個人資料。
    2.    若閣下擬修正任何個人資料，請書面通知閣下提供個人資料的 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 ，以便本會可作出相關修訂。
    3.    與收集個人資料有關的查詢，包括查詢及修正，應向列於閣下與 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 簽訂的相關表格/合同上的地址或任何其他不時由 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 指定的地址發出。
    4.    按條例的相關條文， MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 有權就處理任何資料查詢要求收取合理費用，而閣下亦同意支付該等費用。


    在直接促銷中使用個人資料
    MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 擬把客戶個人資料用於直接促銷，除非已獲得客戶同意(包括表示不反對)，否則 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 不可為該用途使用該資料。就此，請注意：
    1.     MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 可能把本會不時持有的客戶姓名、聯絡資料、產品及服務組合資料、交易模式及行為、消費喜好、財務背景及人口統計數據用於直接促銷；
    2.     MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 將會就下述貨品、設施、服務及其他促銷標的進行促銷；

    • MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 活動，會員優惠，積分禮品換購，網上商店，香港車主會 | 駕勢買新聞及更新資訊;

    • 獎賞，忠誠或尊尚計劃及相關的服務和產品;

    • 由 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 的聯合品牌/合作夥伴提供的產品、設施和服務（無論是通過郵寄、電郵或SMS短訊）包括但不限於：汽車及汽車服務、旅遊、酒店及餐飲、食品飲料、出版物和媒體、體育、拍賣、團購、運輸及物流、保險、娛樂、藝術文化、農產品、電子通訊、電子及電器產品、健康及美容、醫藥、個人護理用品、婚禮、金融及銀行、信用卡服務、信息技術、家居裝飾、寵物相關、家居、服裝及配件、教育、社交網絡、工程、製造、房地產/物業管理、私人會所、專業服務、購物商場、能源、燃油及潤滑油、嬰兒及小童護理、規劃設計、實驗室及研究與發展、珠寶及鐘錶、環境保護;

    • 為慈善及／或非牟利用途的捐款及捐贈

    3.    上述貨品、設施、服務及促銷標的將由 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 及/或下列各方提供或徵求：

    • 任何大昌行集團有限公司的附屬、關聯或聯繫公司；

    • 任何第三方貨品及/或服務供應商；

    • 任何第三方奬賞、忠誠、合作品牌或優惠計劃供應商；及

    • 任何慈善機構；

    4.    除由 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 自行促銷上述貨品、設施、服務及促銷標的以外，本會亦擬將上述資料提供予以上第(3)小段所述的全部或任何人士，以供該等人士在促銷該等貨品、設施、服務及促銷標的中使用，除非已獲得客戶書面同意(包括表示不反對)，否則本會不可為該用途將該資料提供予其他人士。
    如客戶不希望 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 如上所述使用其個人資料或將其個人資料提供予其他人士作直接促銷用途，客戶可通知 MOTOGO 駕勢通 | 香港車主會 行使其選擇權拒絕接受促銷，在該情況下，本會將終止使用客戶個人資料或向其他人士提供客戶個人資料作直接促銷用途，而不向客戶徵收費用。
    客戶可向本會的資料保障主任(聯絡詳情請參閱下文)提出同意本會使用其個人資料或將其個人資料提供予其他人士作直接促銷用途，或透過本會在客戶提供個人資料時向客戶指定的其他途徑向本會提出該同意。
    香港車主會 | 駕勢買」及在條款(3)中列出的相關方，不會因提供您的個人資料而獲得任何財務利益；分享此類資料純粹是為了市場營銷和向您提供相關商品、設施和服務的目的。

  • Terms and Conditions
    The services and offers offered by MOTOGO | Hong Kong Motors Club are subject to the following terms and conditions ("these Terms and Conditions"). By registering as a MOTOGO | Hong Kong Motors Club member and/or using MOTOGO | Hong Kong Motors Club services and offers, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time without prior notice to you.     MOTOGO Driving Guide | Hong Kong Motors Owners Club Terms and Conditions
    1. The MOTOGO Driving | Hong Kong Motors Owners Club membership card (including the physical card and electronic card) ("Membership Card") is the property of Dah Chong Hong Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Club"). Cardholders must return the Membership Card upon request by the Club.
    2. “Cardholder” means the individual or company to whom the Membership Card is issued.
    3. The various benefits offered by the Owners Club are only applicable to vehicles that have been registered by members. If you need to change the relevant vehicle information and/or register another vehicle, you must notify the Owners Club by email. Only after all information has been changed or registered will the vehicle be eligible for various benefits.
    4. If the cardholder needs to change the registered telephone number, email address, residential address and/or company address, please notify the Car Owners Association by email as soon as possible.
    5. If the cardholder no longer requires this service, please inform the Car Owners Association by email.
    6. The Owner reserves the right to change and/or cancel these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    7. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
    8. In case of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
    9. In case of any disputes, MOTOGO Driving | Hong Kong Owners Club reserves the right of final decision.


    MOTOGO Driving Guide | Hong Kong Motors Club e-Shop ("e-Shop") Shopping Terms and Conditions:
    1. Once an order is confirmed, the order content or delivery method cannot be changed or cancelled.
    2. All items sold are non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
    3. All product stock availability is subject to MOTOGO | Hong Kong Motor Owners Club. If the product you ordered is out of stock, your order may be cancelled.
    4. Normally, you will receive the latest status and arrangements of your order within 14 days after order confirmation.
    5. The minimum spending per e-Shop order is HK$20 after deducting any promotional codes, coupon codes and/or e-Dollar.
    6. All promotional codes, coupon codes and e-Dollar are only applicable to purchases on the Car Enthusiast e-Shop and are subject to terms and conditions.
    7. Products delivered by designated merchants can only be sent by mail and are not available for in-store pickup.
    8. Certain products may have designated delivery/collection/redemption methods. Please refer to the relevant product terms and conditions for details.
    9. Customers are solely responsible for the risk of loss of the delivered products under any circumstances. MOTOGO Driving | Hong Kong Car Owners Club is not responsible for any losses caused by delayed delivery or non-delivery.

    11. Purchases of gift certificates/services are subject to the expiry date, terms and conditions specified by the respective merchant. Gift certificates will not be replaced if lost, altered, damaged or expired.
    12. MOTOGO Driving | Hong Kong Motor Owners Club is not responsible for the quality of the products/services and their warranty services provided by any relevant suppliers. All terms and conditions listed by the supplier of the products or services shall prevail.
    13. MOTOGO Driving | Hong Kong Owners Club reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
    14. In case of any disputes, MOTOGO Driving | Hong Kong Owners Club reserves the right of final decision.

    Points Redemption Terms and Conditions:
    1. Gifts are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. If the gift you redeemed is sold out, members will be notified by letter or phone.
    2. All redemption gifts cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or redeemed for cash or points.
    3. MOTOGO | Hong Kong Motors Owners Club is not responsible for the quality, service, or warranty of any gift items provided by suppliers. All terms and conditions of the supplier are subject to change. The exchange price will be adjusted based on the supplier's market price without prior notice.
    4. For redemption of the "Self-Drive Car Rental Service", please note that the vehicle model provided is subject to availability. This service is subject to the general rental terms and conditions of Dah Chong Hong (Car Rental Services) Limited.
    5. All gift redemptions will be void after the expiration date. Gifts redeemed after the expiration date will be cancelled and all payments and points will not be refunded.
    6. Redemption of gift certificates/services is subject to the expiry date, terms and conditions specified by the respective merchant. Gift certificates will not be replaced if lost, altered, expired or damaged.
    7. If there is any problem with the cashing of a cheque or bank transfer through the Association, the Association will have a dedicated person to notify the member by phone.
    8. Members may contact us before the points expiry date to inquire about the redemption application status. Otherwise, the points will be automatically cancelled after the expiry date.
    9. MOTOGO | Hong Kong Owners Club reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the "Points Rewards Program" regarding gift redemption or service redemption without prior notice.
    10. In case of any disputes, MOTOGO Driving | Hong Kong Owners Club reserves the right of final decision.
